We look first
A walkthrough tells us what is sellable, what needs hauling, and whether an appraisal is worth doing. Free, and no obligation afterward.
Cleanouts and appraisals
Two services that usually come attached to an estate, but stand on their own if that is all you need.
Cleanouts
When a house has to be handed over, someone has to deal with what is left. We take the whole job: what sells goes to auction, and what does not gets removed.
That means one call rather than an auction house, a hauler, and a dumpster company on three different schedules. Trash removal and hauling are part of the service.
Do not clear anything before we look. Things get thrown out every week that would have sold and covered the cost of the clearance.
Appraisals
Executors, attorneys and insurers usually need a figure on paper, not a rough guess over the phone. We provide written appraisals on contents, collections and real property.
How it fits together
Most people call about one and end up needing both.
A walkthrough tells us what is sellable, what needs hauling, and whether an appraisal is worth doing. Free, and no obligation afterward.
Anything with value is pulled, cataloged and sold. That revenue offsets what the clearance costs, and sometimes covers it entirely.
What did not sell is removed and disposed of. You get the property back empty, on the timeline you needed.
Tell us what you are dealing with and we will tell you what it takes. The walkthrough costs nothing.
