When a house has to be handed over, someone has to deal with what is left. We take the whole job: what sells goes to auction, and what does not gets removed.
That means one call rather than an auction house, a hauler, and a dumpster company on three different schedules. Trash removal and hauling are part of the service.

Sellable items go to sale
Anything with value is pulled, cataloged and sold. That revenue offsets what the clearance costs, and sometimes covers it entirely.
The rest gets cleared
What did not sell is removed and disposed of. You get the property back empty, on the timeline you needed.
