We sort, catalog, photograph and list. Live, online, or both. We field every bidder question so you do not have to.
We settle and clear out
You get paid, and we remove what did not sell. The property is left ready to list, rent or hand over.

What does it cost to sell at auction?
Sellers pay a commission on what their items bring. The rate depends on what you are selling and how much of it there is. We quote it before you commit to anything, and the consultation itself is free.
Do I need to know what my items are worth first?
No. Most of what we sell comes from people who have never been to an auction. Part of our job is telling you what is worth selling and what is not.
How long does an estate sale take?
It depends on the size of the estate and how quickly the property needs to be cleared. We give you a timeline at the walkthrough, before you commit to anything.
Do you clear out what does not sell?
Yes. We handle trash removal and hauling so the property is left ready to list or transfer. That is part of the service rather than a separate contractor you have to find.
